Policy 2024-2025
1. Tuition:
-
Full Quarter Tuition / Course (one payment)....$33/hour
(18 hours/ $600) 12 lessons of 90 min, once a week. -

Monthly Tuition.....$40/hour.
(6 hours / $240) 4 Lessons of 90 min, once a week. -
Individual Lessons Monthly Tuition.....$60/hour

The tuition has to be paid in advance in a Monthly basis or in full by Quarter/ Course before the first lesson. (there is a $10 penalty for late payment)

Trial lesson $35/hour
2. Payments.

Payments are made in advance by Cash, Venmo or Zelle.

Through Ocean Grove. Make a PO, no registration fee, no pre registration needed, just need to fill out this form and sign it.

Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Make-ups. Class may be made up not more than 2 times per period, just please notify me one day before. (Art make-up lesson would be offered depending on available schedule).

Credits only available in case of sickness or out of control circumstances.
3. Drop-off/Pick-up.

Please no early drop-off students and timely pickup of students is a must. If you have special circumstances, let me know in advance.

Parents are allowed to stay in the room during the lesson if needed or leave if it is their preference. In case of a stay I ask parents and companions to be quiet. Feel free always to take water and use the restroom.

Parents/ students and companions are not allowed to use the TV, Board Games, Videogames or other stuff in
the room.

The doors of the room must remain closed. If you are coming with young kids, you are invited to the playground area outside or to the library. Please no running, screaming or unattended children.
4. Student Behavior

Students are expected to be always well mannered, not screaming is allowed since there is an office near our room with people working. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct or behavior.

Students must pick up their own stuff and clean their own areas after each lesson.
5. Medical/Learning needs
-
Parents MUST inform about any allergies, or physical, emotional, or learning needs the
student may have.
6. Illness
-
In consideration of others, students must not attend if they are showing any signs of illness or if someone in their household has signs of illness. Masks are not enough in case of illness. In case of illness make-ups and credits are offered.
I will do my best to teach you or your kids the wonders of Art with a kind heart. I believe that Art is one of the greatest gifts a parent can give their child and I hope to inspire them to be the best they can be.
