Drop-off & Pick-up Policy (Parents & Companions)
Please avoid early drop-off, as supervision is not available before class time. Timely pick-up is required at the end of each session. If you have special circumstances, please communicate in advance.
Parents or companions may stay during class or leave at their preference. If staying, we kindly ask that the environment remain quiet and respectful so students can focus.
Student Behavior
Students are expected to behave respectfully at all times. This is a focused studio environment, and disruptive behavior or excessive noise is not permitted.
The instructor reserves the right to address or discontinue participation in cases of inappropriate conduct.
Students are responsible for cleaning their workspace and organizing their materials at the end of each class.
Medical & Learning Needs
Parents must inform the instructor in advance of any relevant medical conditions or learning needs that may affect participation.
Illness Policy
For the health and safety of all students, please do not attend class if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been exposed to contagious conditions.
In cases of illness, class credit may be offered for future sessions at the instructor’s discretion.
Materials & Supplies
All shared studio materials are included in tuition and provided during class. This includes easels, paper towels, tape, printed reference materials, and studio upkeep.
Students are required to bring their own personal drawing kit for both in-class work and at-home practice. A full supply list will be provided upon enrollment.
Tuition & Payment Policy
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full tuition payment and is required to reserve a spot in the Summer Drawing Atelier (Venmo, Zelle, or cash). Due to limited space and the small-group nature of the course (maximum of 5 students), enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tuition fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
If cancellation occurs before the first day of class, a full credit may be applied to a future session.
